Or actually, this is such a useful resource, I wish I had known this in my 20s - would have saved so much confusion, pain and wasted effort down the line. I especially liked the section about syncing your lifestyle to your cycle - such an alien concept to boomer generation that I am, but I find it so natural and obvious now that I think about it!
