At 32, motherhood cracked me open. Postpartum left me exhausted, disconnected, and questioning everything.
Through biohacking and deep inner work, I slowly returned to myself — not just with energy, but with clarity, purpose, and peace.


Now I guide other women on their own return.

Back to the body.

Back to the breath.

Back to the knowing.

The nutrition guide is really useful. I have already started preparing more protein-packed, healthier meals for my family after reading this book. I also know now what to look out for when buying protein sources and healthy fats. The book also provides info on adapting your diet to your menstrual cycle. I have not found detailed information like this anywhere else! The book also provides tips specifically for Mums, which I will certainly use in the future. The book overall is well-researched; I fully recommend it!
